Blessing of the Animals - Limerick

In celebration of the Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi, who was known for his love and care of creation, St. Matthew Parish will hold the Blessing of the Animals to give thanks for the wonderful animals God has placed in our lives and to ask for his blessing upon them. All animals are welcome, but for everyone's safety, pets must be comfortable around other animals and people, or they must be secured in a carrier.

The blessing of the animals service will be held on Saturday, October 10, at 10 a.m., at St. Matthew Church, 19 Dora Lane in Limerick. Bring your beloved pets and invite your family and friends to join in the special celebration.
